This Assembly comes at a pivotal time. We're building the infrastructure to support the multi-racial justice work already happening across our church—connecting white Lutherans who care about racial justice to synod racial justice teams, our sibling ethnic associations, and initiatives led by Indigenous, Black, Asian, Pacific Islander, Latiné, Arab and Middle Eastern leaders. Together, we can be the reforming church Bishop Curry envisions: connected, engaged, and sharing Christ's love.
Our Association exists to educate and organize white Lutherans to support churchwide racial justice efforts and our sibling associations. While our primary focus is organizing white Lutherans for racial justice, membership and Assembly attendance are open to everyone.
Register by Christmas!
While registration remains open through the Assembly date, we encourage you to register by December 25 so you'll receive Assembly-specific preparation materials in early January. These materials will help you engage more deeply in our organizing and education sessions.
Invite Others—We Need You!
Our goal is to have at least two people from every synod—but that's not a limit! We want to fill the (virtual) room with committed leaders ready to do this work.
